Overview

Industrious is the largest leading premium flex office provider in the world. The flex space industry is filled with many competitors and Industrious needed to stand out by highlighting what it does differently.

Problem

In a crowded market of flexible office space providers, Industrious faces difficulty in distinguishing itself from competitors.

Solution

Launch a targeted advertising campaign that emphasizes Industrious' amenities showcasing what they offer.

Research

In my pursuit to capture the vibrant fusion of the hispanic community and nature, I embarked on an exploration that began with sketches and watching films from the event.

Design

I created a logo that exuded boldness, approachability, and simplicity. Drawing inspiration from the themes of the Hispanic Film Festival - lands and nature, oceans and waterways, environmental justice and climate crises.

Given the events focus on various aspects of climate change and the experience of people of color, it was paramount for the branding to be expressive and versatile across both digital and print platforms.
